This privacy notice describes how Nassau AI & Automation handles information submitted through nassauaiautomation.com.

Information you provide

If you use the contact form, the site collects the information you enter, including your name, company, work email, optional phone number and the business process you describe.

This information is used to respond to your inquiry, arrange the requested conversation and, if appropriate, discuss work related to your request.

Campaign information

When you arrive through an advertising or campaign link, the site may record campaign information included in the page address, such as UTM parameters or a Facebook click identifier. This helps determine which advertising or campaign generated an inquiry.

The contact form also records which landing-page headline variant was displayed and the time the form was submitted.

Technical information

The contact form does not intentionally collect or include your IP address with the inquiry sent to Nassau AI & Automation.

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website and may process standard network and request information, including IP addresses, as part of operating, securing and delivering the site.

Advertising and analytics

The site uses Meta Pixel, provided by Meta, to measure website visits and actions taken after people interact with advertising. Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar technologies and may process information about your browser or device, pages viewed, interactions with the site and advertising or campaign identifiers. Nassau AI & Automation uses this information to measure advertising performance, including whether a website visit results in an inquiry. The Lead event sent to Meta does not include the contact-form fields you submit. The site does not currently use Google Analytics.

How information is handled

Information submitted through the contact form is used for responding to the inquiry and related business communication. Nassau AI & Automation does not sell information submitted through the contact form.

Service providers may process information as needed to operate the site, measure advertising and deliver communications. These currently include Cloudflare for website hosting and email routing, Resend for delivery of contact-form notification emails, and Meta for advertising measurement through Meta Pixel.

Retention

Inquiry information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the inquiry, maintain related business records and follow up on any resulting business relationship.
